how are the rooms constructed?
our rooms are code compliant and designed for sound isolation. we use decoupled walls holding multiple layers of drywall w/ the outermost layers sandwiching green glue acoustic dampening material. the walls are sealed from floor to ceiling. the floors and ceilings are cement, and the ceilings range from 9.75′ to 12’ tall depending on the building. some rooms have masonry walls or windows. the rooms have a single door that is sealed w/ gaskets along its entire perimeter.

each room is locked behind 3 separate security doors. there are video cameras throughout the building and the studio space, and, most importantly, we don’t work with, give rooms to, or suffer sketchy people. this is our home. our personal studios are in the same building. we host clients and court industry relationships in our studios. we will only settle for a respectful, safe community.
